The Brain Injury Association of Oklahoma
(BIA-OK) is Oklahoma's foremost advocacy organization serving persons with traumatic/acquired brain injuries (TBI/ABI),
their families, professionals and the community. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we strive to educate lawmakers and the public about all matters related to brain injury and connect those affected by brain injury to community resources.

Our tax ID is 73-1418156. All of our services, information, and referrals are provided by board members and volunteer staff.

Dixy Green, President
is a family caregiver to a survivor of a brain injury. She also helps coordinate the OKC area brain injury support group.
Kim Hann
is a family caregiver to a survivor of brain injury. She is also the co-founder of the Brain Injury Recovery Foundation.
Tom Brown
BS CBIST is the CEO for the Brookhaven NeuroRehabilitation in Tulsa and Community NeuroRehab of Iowa.
Jordan Hearod, Secretary
PhD, MPH, CBIST is a clinical evaluator for the Brookhaven NeuroRehabilitation serving patients in the western United States, Michigan, and the Tulsa metropolitan area.
Rod Davidson
is a survivor of a brain injury and successfully completed Vocational Rehabilitation with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. He also helps coordinate the OKC area brain injury support group and serves as a volunteer Parliamentarian.
Tracy Grammer
MS, CCC-SLP, ASHA Fellow is the director of Camp Sunrise and a Speech-Language Pathologist at OU Medicine.
Rhonda Williams, Treasurer
is the mother of a family caregiver to a survivor of a brain injury.
Charlotte Colbert
MSN, RN, CPHQ is a former INTEGRIS Health Stroke Community Educator. She has participated in the OKC Brain Injury Support Group and is a former member of the Childhood Concussion Coalition.
